Take Break to Keep Your Thinking Fresh & Your Body Energized!

Everybody needs to take a few breaks during the day to give their mind and body a break. Your mind need the break so you can continue to be creative. Your body needs a break from sitting. Sitting all day is not good for you.


May I suggest the Tomato Timer. The timer is set for 25 minutes. Then there is a timer for a short 5 minute break or a 10 minute break. Every time I use this timer I’m amazed at how fast 25 minutes goes by. I’m also amazed at how much work I can accomplish during those 25 minutes. I’m using the timer right now while I write this post.
