Fish! Be There!

Be There

Be emotionally present for people. It’s a powerful message of respect that improves communication and strengthens relationships.

What are the benefits of being there and being kind to others?

  • It could help you live longer. When you’re helping someone, you’re not only bettering their lives, you may also be improving your own.
  • We are happier when we are kind. We can instantly improve our mood.
  • It may be the key to success. It pays to be kind: Those who are compassionate and better in-tune with other people’s emotions may be more successful at work.
  • It may bring you less stress.

The Bible says:

Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you. Ephesians 4:32

This is where the Golden Rule comes in: Treat others the same way you want them to treat you. Luke 6:31
